Not long ago, I attended the launch of Hale Athletics.
Hale has been in the market for years but it was focusing more on powerlifting and weightlifting.
Recently, they had decided to open it up for Female Fitness as females nowadays train as hard as the males too!
(Speaking for myself)
It isn't a large boutique gym but it definitely has everything we need for fitness.
- Easy to get parking lots
- Complete sets of equipment
- Beginners might feel a little out of place when they first stepped into Hale.
- No proper shower room

Closed on Sunday.
They have all sorts of equipment for training.
No worries, if you have no idea what to do, there are always trainers to guide you.
Don't be scared of the environment.
They lift heavy but they don't bite.
This is the basic squat rack for those who want to perform weighted squats.
Deadlift is also another basic movement for weightlifting.
