What is Medifoods?
"Medi" refers to medicine.
Food as medicine. Sounds good, isn't it?
They believe in a tasty meal must be nutritious as well.
That is why they carried out a meticulous analysis in order to uncover the nutritional composition of every dish. The result is a menu that is informative; and one that will help us in choosing our tasty, and healthy dish!

 Kwai Fa Mee (455 kcal)
Stir fried mee in special tomato sauce topped with organic egg.
I love the texture and taste of this noodle, complemented with the special home made sauce.
Kwai Fa Mee is a type of noodle. Not the Yellow noodle.
 Rainbow Salad (175 kcal)
Cabbage, capsicum, lettuce,carrot & raisin with homemade basil & papaya-plum dressing
Vegetables are great for us.
The content of vitamins, fibres and more.
However, this is just another salad which consists multiple colourful shredded vegetables.
 Minestrone (55 kcal)
Clear tomato based soup with chunky vegetables and herbs.
I personally love tomato-based soup, especially a good bowl of minestrone.
This is good! Healthy bowl of warm gourmet soup!
 Mushroom Sandwiches
This is great for sharing.
Taste wise is just normal. Nothing captured my extra attention.
Rendang Chicken (551 kcal)
Who said healthy eating can't enjoy your bowl of chicken rendang?
I believe in balance. As long as the food item is within your calories requirement, you may enjoy it.
Eastern soup - Burdock (40 kcal)
Burdock, fig, longan and goji berry.
Another of my favourite!
Definitely my go-to whenever I am at Medifoods!

Toman in Pumpkin Sauce (488 kcal)
Breaded fried toman fish slices in pumpkin sauce. Served with rice and 3 side dishes.
My personal favourite!
Always love my fish and pumpkin!
 Sweet & Sour Monkey Head Mushroom (371 kcal)
Fried breaded monkey head mushroom on a bed of tofu topped with homemade sweet and sour cranberry sauce.
Another favourite!
I love the sauce! The sweetness comes from the blended cranberry sauce but not ketchup!
